3 Steps to Change In an Instant
Can you actually change in a moment if you choose to ? Although you might think it's impossible for you to change it all comes down to beliefs if you don't think you can change then you can't. However, if you are able to break this belief then the answer is you damn well can. The big factor here is that there we have been conditioned to believe that we can't change because we have endured pain for so long so it seems so unreasonable that we could change in an instant. If we can do it that easily doesn't that mean we never had a problem at all?
However, if we really sit and think about it we should be able to just change. As easily as we created a problem vice versa we can create a solution. In the case of a smoker trying to quit smoking cigarettes he can actually change right there and then. If he believes he can stop smoking and can associate the feeling of pain and pleasure(more about this in another blog) then he can quit right there. The hard part comes later on when we have to keep ourselves accountable to keep our commitment. For that we must understand how the mind works more or less.
The way our mind works is that everything we do is associated to neural highways these highways are formed when you consistently do things over and over again. As you might of figured if you are constantly smoking then that neural network gets strengthen over time to make it to what is called a neural trunk . This is when you start suffering from addictions or something becomes so habitual that it's a natural thing for you to do. So basically how you can break a habit is by simply stopping the action this is what we call quitting "cold turkey" this means that you can just change in an instant. The hard part is to keep consistent with your new habit in order to not fall into your old habits.
So what can you do to be able to change in an instant and keep that change there is actually 3 steps you need in order to make your decision stick here they are:
There you have it if you believe that you can change you can do it you just have to have the will and the reasons to change and you can take dominion of your life.

- The first step to make quick change is to accept that something must change not that it should change not that it can change. IT MUST CHANGE this will drive you to take action immediately in order to change it's a different mind shift. When you have to do something you will be more compelled to do it.
- Change must come from within you have to be the force of change you can't attribute your change to external factors otherwise when the going gets tough you will blame someone else or something else. When you believe change comes from you, you keep yourself accountable.
- You have to BELIEVE that you can change without belief you will not be able to do any of the above or make lasting change. Belief is the source of all change without it there is no change.
There you have it if you believe that you can change you can do it you just have to have the will and the reasons to change and you can take dominion of your life.
